As a State Certified Trainer, Jim Wildman leads our training initiative by providing Department of Health Services (DHS) accreditation in the Lead-Safety for Renovation, Repair, and Painting initial course.  He is responsible for the cultivation of new training opportunities as well as maintenance of key accounts. He directs the development of strategic alliances with clients, business partners and industry specific associations.  Prior to joining AJ Environmental Services Jim worked in the occupational health and safety industry. He has been training workers, supervisors, and executives for the past 25 years. He understands the adult learning principals and finds ways to keep his audience involved, excited, and informed. Jim’s background includes doing presentations to groups as large as 350 people.
